These terms of sale govern the sales of handmade creations on the Drinilink website between the seller (artist-author) and any consumer customer.
Every creation is handmade: slight variations in color, shape or size may exist between pieces and do not constitute defects.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French CGI. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and the chosen carrier.
Payment is made online by credit card (Stripe) or PayPal. The order is final only after payment confirmation.
Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier. Tracking is available for shipping options with tracking.
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. The day of delivery is not counted; if the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it runs to the next business day.
The pieces sold in this shop are made by hand, often as a single copy, and are offered as they are from the catalogue: they carry the right of withdrawal like any other good. The exception in article L221-28 3° covers only goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised — that is, pieces commissioned from your instructions and agreed with us before they are made. Where that applies, you are informed of it and expressly consent to it before any payment.
To withdraw, simply request it from your customer account, or send us any unambiguous statement through the contact form.
Items must be sent back to us no later than fourteen (14) days after you tell us of your decision to withdraw, intact and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your expense (article L221-23). You may be held liable for any loss in value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper working.
The refund covers the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you originally paid; if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard offer, the difference remains at your expense. It is issued via the original payment method, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we recover the item, or from the day you provide proof that it was sent, whichever is earlier.
Separately from withdrawal, if an item reaches you damaged, incomplete or not matching its description, report it from your customer account: that remedy falls under the legal warranties in article 8 and is not confined to the fourteen-day window.
You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law.
In case of dispute, please send us a written complaint first: an amicable solution will always be sought before anything else.
Failing agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. Their contact details are provided on request through the contact form.
French law applies.
