How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days, then shipped according to the chosen carrier (2 to 5 days in mainland France).

Are the creations really handmade?

Yes! Every piece is handcrafted in my workshop in France. Slight variations may exist between pieces — that's what makes them unique.

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, without having to give a reason — request it from your account. The item must come back intact, in its original packaging, and return postage is at your expense. After that, if an item arrives broken or does not match its description, you can still file a claim under the legal warranty. Only pieces made to order from your own specifications fall outside the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
